Brendan Madden Profile:
Brendan Madden is a high school biology and physics teacher with a thirst for adventure. He has ridden a mountain bike to Mt. Everest, ridden the longest mountain bike downhill in the world from Everest to Kathmandu, motorcycled across Thailand, scuba-dived all over Asia, bungee jumped in Macau, road-tripped Iran, walked across Nicaragua, climbed 5 of the 7 summits, skied in Kashmir, Japan, Turkey, Iraq, China, and Iran - the whole while making sure the camera was recording. His most notable film success was Everest for Mountaineers, a seven-part series in which Brendan chronicles his quest to reach the summit of Mt. Everest.
Originally from the United States, over the last 20 years he has lived and worked in Switzerland, China, and Japan. He currently lives in Amman, Jordan with his wife Tatiana and 1.5-year-old daughter Kana where they are planning their next adventure.
